Colophon

What you are seeing are digital images, but they have not been digitally manipulated beyond what has been similarly done
in a traditional darkroom for decades (slight exposure adjustments and cropping). I am not considered a digital artist;
I am a "straight" photographer who happens to use a digital camera.

I use a Canon EOS 20D digital SLR camera with a variety of lenses depending on the situation. Sometimes I use a tripod,
but mostly I prefer the sense of movement I get without one.

My final prints are LightJet prints. A LightJet print is a beautiful, continuous-tone, photographic print from a digital file.
The LightJet printer exposes a digital image directly to photographic (Fuji Crystal Archive) paper using red, green and blue
laser beams. The resulting image is then processed through traditional photographic chemistry. The papers and inks have
excellent color and sharpness and an archival life of 60 - 70+ years. When I frame my prints, I take them to a professional
framer who mounts them on archival museum-quality mat board and protects them with UV glass.
